Moral panic, again.

Hi! People have ask me for the downloads of the BB movies. But my MEGA account is closed for breaking the rules.
I complained an got this answer.

"Your account was suspended due to a breach of Mega's Terms of Service including clause 13.5.  - abuse of rights of others and sharing of illegal images.
You will not be able to regain access to your data, re-register with your email address or appeal this decision.
Your account has been closed for breaching Mega's Terms of Service 13.5.4
This is because material imported into your account has been shared publicly by some users and has been identified as illegal and highly objectionable."

Illegal no! Its my material, no copyright issues. no obvious underage characters, no real people or beasts at all. So I guess its the "highly objectionable" moralistic police how seek to save humanity from pure fantasies. If is it far right christian fundamentalists or far left SJW dos not mater. Censure is censure and fictional characters dos needs rights.

Do some one know were I can make the movies downloadable again?
I'm grateful for help.

I have proceed the movie renders, done more on the game an drawn lots more on the comics.

  1. I am sorry to hear that they booted you! Have you thought about p2p sharing them?

I usually use mediafire but that might not work well with movies.

  3. That is worrying. Surprising too - as you say, your work doesn't infringe anyone's copyright and isn't illegal, so far as I'm aware, in countries like the US or UK. Mega is based in New Zealand so I guess their law would be the relevant one, but I hadn't heard of NZ being particularly strict on adult content.

I had a look on their T&C and these seem to be the relevant sections:
    13 You can't:
13.5 use our website, our mobile apps or a service, including, without limitation, any communication tools available through the website or our mobile apps, or any forum, chat room or message centre that we provide:
    13.5.4 to store, use, download, upload or otherwise transmit, unsuitable, offensive, obscene or discriminatory information of any kind;

So, it seems that this is a catch-all clause to deal with stuff people complain about - terms like "unsuitable" and "offensive" are so broad that they're virtually meaningless. Perhaps there's been a campaign of complaints against your work from someone or one of the staff at Mega has a personal issue with it.

As for advice, I use both Mega and Mediafire for my work. Mediafire are pretty good, so you could give them a go. Possibly dropbox might be another option, though I haven't any personal experience with them so I can't be sure.

Good luck and I hope you find a better host without too much trouble!

  4. Violated Heroine got taken down too. I guess some SJW-cunt goes around like the fucking Nazi parties SA and gets things taken down left and right. Dropbox won't be an alternative, they have strong limitations on bandwidth and take things down fast if a larger group of people access it. Maybe zippyshare would be an alternative?

  5. Thanks friends.
I only find downloads and search for Zippy chare.
There can I find an upload page? How dos it work?

I suspect the left&right-crusader synergy is used by the copyright industry to shut down all file charring.

  6. You just go to http://zippyshare.com/ and chose a file to upload. 200mb limit though.
I just tested it with BB2 and it works nicely.

  7. Now I have downloaded at Zippyshare.
The new links hawse replaced the old at the right of the side on
    RASTAKAX DOWNLOADS.
But then I tried to download the files the site demand membership.
And to get this they ask for your credit card number but its cost no money.
I think the whole site seems fishy.
Are its real an reliable site?

  8. Do not enter your credit card number. That is an "advertisement" site that sometimes opens when you try to use it (almost all filehosters have those these days). Did the site asking for your credit card have an different design?
After I close that new tab I can download your files from zippyshare without trouble without it asking me for anything.
