I really do think this version works better. I am guessing that you are adding the womb animation in post work.??. If so, try widening the fall off region where your mask goes from white to black - you also might want to try a mask that isn't circular :)
Back in Poser you could also try one of the 'invisible woman' or 'ghost' textures then just blend that sequence in compositing with a really softly masked womb animation to make everything flow together.
I applied the character's texture as a transparency to get the base look. Rendered 2 passes - 1 w/normal textures, the other w/the transparent look, then composited them with a simple feathered mask :)
